If left untreated, the mould and moss can create excess water absorption on the tile surface , thereby damaging concrete and clay tiles. Roof treatments are different to a roof wash, these treatments activly kill and remove the mold spores nesstled within the tile surface. Safe on all roof types, we recommend a roof treatment every 3 years to keep new spores from developing.
