  • I'm on tank water, can I still have a roof treatment?

    If you are on tank water, we recommend that you disconnect your down pipes before the treatment and leave it disconnected for a few days to avoid the chemicals from running into your water supply. You should be good to re-connect after a week.

  • Will a house wash cause any damage to my garden / plants?

    As our house washing solvents do make use of chlorine, some sensitive plants could be affected. To avoid any plant damage; you could cover your plants with plastic wrap, or request that we replace out chlorine with a soap solvent intead.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    Not likely, as our services are in line with owner/landlord maintenance responsibilities. General cleaning and preventative maintenance is a necessary expense in looking after your investment. Taken over the course of a year, our house washing and gutter cleaning services equate to under $1 a day.  A low-cost solution to your long-term investment.

  • When is the best time to schedule a roof treatment?

    Try to schedule your roof treatment in the dryer months, this will allow the chemicals to adhere effectively to the roof surface without being washed away prematurely. 

  • How often should I schedule a house wash and gutter clean?

    We recommend a yearly cycle for most homes, unless you reside in a more densely grown natural area, with many trees you might need gutter cleaning twice a year.
