I'm on tank water, can I still have a roof treatment?
If you are on tank water, we recommend that you disconnect your down pipes before the treatment and leave it disconnected for a few days to avoid the chemicals from running into your water supply. You should be good to re-connect after a week.
Will a house wash cause any damage to my garden / plants?
As our house washing solvents do make use of chlorine, some sensitive plants could be affected. To avoid any plant damage; you could cover your plants with plastic wrap, or request that we replace out chlorine with a soap solvent intead.
Are your services covered by my home insurance?
Not likely, as our services are in line with owner/landlord maintenance responsibilities. General cleaning and preventative maintenance is a necessary expense in looking after your investment.
